I started out as a small business owner in 2010, while still a business student at Kolej Profesional MARA Ayer Molek, Melaka. That early taste of running a business took me to Cardiff University, UK, where I studied Business Management, graduating in 2013. Since 2014 I have run my own printing business in Penang with my partner. I joined Herbliss (M) Sdn. Bhd. in August 2019 as its first employee. Today I serve as Director, leading operations, product decisions and the team.

I set direction with the CEO and make sure it actually gets done on the ground. I am accountable for SOP documentation, cashflow health, and product decisions grounded in real user experience.
Planned and executed digital marketing campaigns for the company's clients. The strongest was SMSNiaga, which generated six figure sales within a few months.
Building the business towards being the strongest printing SME in northern Malaysia. Hands-on across every part of the operation, from sales and production to accounts.
